A “shrub” is an old-timey drink slurped since colonial times. It’s gone by names like “haymaker’s punch” or “switchel” over the years, tracing its roots back to the Persian tradition of sharbat.
This potent pairing of vinegar, fruit, sugar and spice gives Tangry its vibrant sweetness with a unique BITE.
