She’s a blend of everything we love in a shrub. Four types of berries, three different vinegars, made with fresh thyme and a fistful of pink peppercorn so you don’t get too comfortable.
To make her flavor pop we start with a cane vinegar for a nice neutral base, add in a little red wine vinegar to keep it jammy, then add a shot of white balsamic because we know you fancy like that.

Somewhat seasonal, we love this flavor so we make it anytime we can get our hands on decent peaches. Cinnamon crackles around the edges and fresh lemon comes in with the high note to make this one really smack.
Stone fruit loves apple cider vinegar so we stick with full ACV no chaser on this one.

KIWI
Our dark horse. It’s not easy making kiwi flavor stand up on its own (hence the dearth of kiwi sodas out there) so we spare the spices and keep it simple on this one.
A base of apple cider vinegar tees up tropical coconut vinegar that helps amp the kiwi flavor. Then we round it out with a bit of cane V for body.
